After the research
If we continue together, we handle the whole purchase: negotiation, samples, quality control and transport to Serbia. That part is charged as a commission by agreement, and the research fee is deducted from it.
Frequently asked questions
Why is research paid upfront?
Finding and vetting factories, collecting quotes and checking certifications takes days. The fee lets us do it properly for buyers who are serious about sourcing. If you go ahead, the full amount is credited toward our commission.
What if I don't continue after the report?
You have no further obligation. The fee covers the research already done and is non-refundable; the report is yours to keep.
What counts as one product?
One product with all its colour and size variants. A vacuum bottle in three colours is one product; a bottle and a mug are two.
I need many different products. How does that work?
Enter the number of products in the questionnaire and send a list (a ready-made template is on the inquiry page). Each additional product costs less, and for more than 50 products we send an individual offer.
Do you work with small quantities?
Yes, when the product allows it. The report states minimum quantities clearly, and we look for suppliers whose minimum matches your order.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer in Serbian dinars (RSD) to our account in Serbia, against the proforma invoice you receive when you submit the inquiry. Card payment is not available yet.
Can't I just search Alibaba myself?
You can. Our team in China also works with factories that aren't on Alibaba, checks who the real manufacturer is and negotiates in Chinese. The difference usually shows in the price and in lower risk.
