What we collect
The data you enter in the questionnaire: name, company, country, email, phone, product description, quantities, budget and any links or files you send (photos, drawings, product lists).
Why we use it
Only to prepare the sourcing research and offer, issue the proforma invoice and contact you about your inquiry. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We may show product specifications and photos to potential suppliers, without your contact details. The questionnaire is delivered through Web3Forms, which forwards the message to our email.
How long we keep it
For the duration of our cooperation and as long as accounting and tax rules require for issued documents. Other data is deleted on request.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing serbiaart.office@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
